Referral Link section

This section shows your referral link details. You can copy your personal link to give to others so that when they join and start to use Snappy, you receive an extra 10 Credits and they also receive DOUBLE the free sign-up credits. This section also displays the number of referrals you have successfuly passed on and the number of credits received.

First Name / Last Name / Email

These are your name and email credentials copied from your account.

Select Currency

Here you can choose your home currency. Choose from Pound Sterling, Euro, US Dollars and Canadian Dollars. If you require a different currency then get in touch.

Disable New Order Emails

If you are running a large event you may not want to receive new order notifications for each ticket sold. By enabling this option you will no longer receive new order notifications. You will however get an email, even when ticked, under the following conditions:

• The customer has left a note for you to read
• Your credits are getting low

Enable Advanced Mode

In order to not bombard you with too many options when creating an event, you can turn off advanced mode which will have all the options you need to create simple ticketed events. When enabled you will see additional options in the Event Editor for Ticketing and have more control over how your event looks.

Gateways

Unlike other online ticketing sites, Snappy Tickets does not take payments on your behalf. Instead, when tickets are sold, money comes directly to you via your chosen payment gateways. These gateways must be setup before your event goes live otherwise buyers will not be able to pay for their tickets.

Tick the gateways you would like to enable for your events. These can be overriden in the event editor for events where you want to set up a different payment options. You can choose between:

• BACS
• Cheque
• PayPal
• Stripe
