Another free wellbeing in nature session for you in one of Croydon’s lovely green spaces. Suitable for regular and slow walkers and children (while aimed at adults). We like to stroll, stopping to listen, notice, smell and enjoy nature. We will sing a few folk and seasonal songs and chants at our stopping points.
Our delightful singing stroll will finish at the tramstop. Please do bring a drink and refreshments and stay for optional chat and hangout time (bring funds for these if you would like to do this) after the session).
All ages welcome, though songs aimed at adults. Led by Catherine, founder of Croydon Community Choir.
Offered in solidarity with all experiencing mental health issues or caring, and everyone is welcome.

Open to all ages and abilities, you can join us free for one or more of these sessions. Please pre-book so bring I bring enough song sheets. Do bring along your own drinking water.
